SIPP Technical Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a SIPP Technical Consultant to join a dynamic SIPP Proposition team within an established Pension firm. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the ongoing development and governance of the SIPP proposition, ensuring it remains aligned with regulatory and technical requirements while delivering excellent outcomes for customers.

As part of the SIPP Proposition team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Head of Technical and Communications in delivering Consumer Duty accountabilities
• Monitoring and interpreting regulatory developments within the SIPP market, ensuring clear communication to internal stakeholders
• Keeping up to date with changes from FCA, DWP, and HMRC, assessing their impact and delivering training where required
• Acting as a technical expert by resolving queries from Business Development, Operations, and Change teams

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• Strong knowledge of the SIPP and SSAS marketplace
• Knowledge of the wider pensions market
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
