Transformation Officer

Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are working with one our long-standing clients to support their search for a Transformation Officer to join their transformation division. Within this role, you will work closely with the transformation manager to support a wide range of change initiatives across the business.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive process mapping, review, and redesign, working with teams to streamline workflows, unlock efficiency, and build stronger, smarter controls
• Keep delivery on track by monitoring milestones, KPIs, and agreed benefits, proactively surfacing and escalating risks, issues, and dependencies to keep momentum strong
• Play an active role in testing, implementation, and post-implementation reviews

Essential Criteria:

• Must have strong experience in change management and/or process improvement
• Be adaptable to an evolving and changing environment
• Ideally you will have experience in working in a regulated or financial services organisation
