Trustee Governance Officer
We’re working in partnership with one of the UK’s leading third-party pension administrators to recruit a Trustee Governance Officer. With over 70 years of expertise in pension administration, this organisation is widely respected and continues to grow from strength to strength.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a full Scheme Secretariat service to Trustee Boards and Committees
Take ownership of meeting logistics, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
Foster strong working relationships with Chairs and Committee members, providing high-quality governance support
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a Secretariat or governance support role
Strong working knowledge of pensions
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
