VP Finance

Vice President of Finance

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week)
£170,000 circa + bonus + benefits

We are partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed international data & analytics business on the appointment of a Vice President of Finance.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a highly visible leadership role responsible for building and scaling a global finance function across multiple jurisdictions.

This opportunity would suit a finance leader who enjoys operating in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and has experience across:

• PE-backed businesses
• SaaS / DaaS / Information Services
• International finance operations ideally the US
• FP&A, reporting & controls
• Treasury, tax & transfer pricing
• Finance transformation & systems
• Investor and board-level reporting

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
• Overseeing global reporting & governance
• Managing treasury, cash flow & FX exposure
• Supporting international expansion & tax structuring
• Building scalable finance systems, controls & processes
• Partnering closely with executive leadership & investors

Key/Must have requirements

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified within a finance leadership role
• Private equity experience
• DaaS/SaaS within a scaling organisation
• International experience (US)
