HR Business Partner
£50,000 - £60,000
Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a medium sized pharmaceutical business on an exclusive basis.
We are looking for an HR Business Partner on a permanent basis, to join their HR team.
The HR Business Partner will report directly in to the HRD and will be responsible for Recruitment, Policies & procedures, UK Employment law, Low volume ER, Analysis of data, Payroll, Launching L & D platform and Strategic work.
You will have/need:
* CIPD Level 5 accredited
* ER casework experience, from start to finish
* Resilient mindset/attitude
* Up to date generalist HR knowledge
* Have the ability to use your own initiative, be proactive and deliver at pace
* Be willing to adapt and take on new challenges and be driven to continually learn and improve
The organisations head office is based in Ashford in Kent. They operate a Hybrid working model with 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days at home.
The salary on offer is £50,000 - £60,000 (dependant on experience).
