You will be responsible for the overall management of the Pensions team including between 10-15 employees, setting and monitoring SLA's and KPI's, identifying areas of training and process improvements required, working closely with the Client Manager to ensure client satisfaction and performing appraisals and one to ones. It is essential to have worked in a similar management or supervisory role with a wealth of knowledge on Defined Benefit Pension arrangements.
