Do you have strong Employee Benefits knowledge and interested in developing your people management skills?

Alexander Lloyd are currently partnering an industry leading Employee Benefits Consultancy on an exciting Team Leader role within their Group Risk department. You will be responsible for leading a newly created team of around 8-10 employees and looking after the day to day running of the department. You will need to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders in addition to being able to provide any technical expertise when required. Strong Group Risk (critical illness, income protection, life assurance) product knowledge and previous people management experience is essential in this role!!
