Alexander Lloyd are currently partnering an industry leading TPA on an exciting opportunity to join their growing team as a Pensions Administration Team Manager. Within this role you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-15 employees, providing any necessary training, ensuring all SLA's and KPI's are adhered to and working closely with the client manager on occasions.
This position is perfect for someone with previous people management or supervisory experience or a strong Pensions professional seeking their next challenge!
In addition to some genuine career development opportunities you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of between £35,000 - £45,000 DOE and benefits package on top. To continue building a strong team culture they would like the successful candidate to visit their Birmingham office 2-3 days a week!
