A global Insurance brand are looking for an Interim Finance Manager to provide 12 months maternity cover.
* Management of the control environment and systems interfaces for the subsidiaries financial records. * Month end subsidiary reporting input in to monthly management reporting processes. * Managing the subsidiary accounting team to ensure that all monthly activity and control routines are completed and reviewed on a timely basis. * Provision of all necessary capital and regulatory data to the Consolidation and Technical Reporting team, for reporting to the regulators. * Responsible for the production and presentation of month end and year end financial reporting for all subsidiary companies.
* ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified (or equivalent) * Previous experience in Financial Services or Insurance * Technical accounting and financial reporting skills with strong understanding of all financial accounting processes. * Detailed understanding and working knowledge of UKGAAP (FRS 102)
