Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be working with a growing health-care business based in Brighton who are looking to bring in an ambitious and hands on Senior Finance Manager on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the company at a time when they are going through significant expansion. This role offers a lot of autonomy and requires someone who is happy to get their hands dirty whilst building a team!
Role Responsibilities:
* Lead the finance department for the UK entity and be fully responsible for all local statutory and tax declarations
* Ensure compliance with local tax, statutory regulations, US GAAP and SOX controls
* Maintain efficient and high standard control systems/processes
* Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts
* Provide financial analyses as required in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions and contract negotiations
Experience & Education:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (3 years PQE)
* Experience maintaining & improving internal controls/processes
* Able to be a self starter & work autonomously
* Strong communication, written & analytical skills
* Comfortable being hands on
