This well known and highly reputable organisation based in Brighton are currently recruiting a Human Resources Administrator on a permanent basis to work closely with the HR team to primarily assist with Regulated recruitment processes
To process new adviser application packs by completing the company vetting procedures * To conduct referencing enquiries in accordance with company policy and to follow up any comments which may require further information, including the diary and follow up of any debt repayment proposals disclosed on references. * To use the FCA's online submission system to add or remove advisers and liaise with FCA where necessary. * To prepare and issue contracts and ensure that these are signed and returned. * To maintain personnel records for all Advisers in accordance with the company T&C scheme and to keep the databases up to date at all times. * To provide monthly statistics of starters and leavers and other management information which may be required from time to time. * To process any notifiable changes for Advisers / Appointed representatives. * To process resignations of leavers of advisers. * To ensure that all spreadsheets and databases are updated when necessary * Process Audit requests for Compliance. * Other duties as directed from time to time as directed by the Group HR Manager
Prior knowledge of the Financial Services industry would be ideal but not essential HR qualification/experience highly desirable but not essential Excellent Word & Excel IT Literate - good knowledge of Outlook Accuracy, literacy and numeracy skills Attention to detail Time management Organisation Written and verbal communication
