£35,000 - £40,000
Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with an Insurance organisation on the recruitment of an HR Advisor on a Full Time, Permanent basis, to join their HR team.
The HR Advisor is a key member of the HR team and will be responsible for Implementing new policies and procedures, salary surveys, wellbeing, gender pay reporting, monthly reporting on headcount and changes, reviewing HR section of extranet, hr database audit / updating, manage fit & proper / regulatory /compliance requirements, creating salary reports / headcount reports, hr audits and improving procedures, engagement surveys, pulse surveys and assisting with acquisition costing / review of benefits / TUPE.
You will have/need:
* Relevant HR project experience
* Ideally Level 5 CIPD accredited
* Intermediate level IT skills - Excel, Word, MS Outlook and Powerpoint skills
* Working in a Matrix organisational structure
* Use of Oracle Database (Preferable)
The role will be Hybrid, and will be in the office 3 days a week with 2 days at home.
The salary on offer is up to £40,000.
