Reward Manager (12 month FTC)



Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a Financial Services organisation, on an exclusive basis. We are looking for a standalone Reward Manager on a 12 month FTC, to join their HR team.

My client is looking for a Reward Manager to review and modernise their processes, almost a complete re-vamp of the way they do things.

Duties include:

* Working closely with the leadership team and People Services team lead the design, implement and maintain the reward related policies and procedures to ensure alignment with business strategy.
* Lead, manage and communicate the annual cycle of reward events.
* Design and project manage the delivery of the annual pay review and bonus processes. This includes managing calibration by the People Services team and by the Executives, challenging or supporting management decisions as appropriate.
* Support the People Services Director in the preparation of papers for Remuneration Committee, including drafting the Remuneration Policy statement, Directors Remuneration Report (for R&A), commentary on the outcome of the annual pay and bonus review, and providing updates on relevant market data.
* Manage Gender Pay reporting and the creation of the narrative in support of this to ensure the organisation meets relevant regulatory reporting requirements.

The organisations Head Office is based in Brighton and the role will be 50% home working / 50% office.

The salary on offer is up to £80,000.
