Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be support this SME within the Financial Services sector on the recruitment or a Recruitment Advisor on a perm basis.
The role initially will be to screen direct candidates and liaise with external agencies to fulfil the current demand on live roles. Once down to a manageable number this person will take over the full recruitment life cycle, sourcing candidates, creating pipeline of potential candidates, managing vacancies and liaising with hiring managers to advise in where best to advertise roles.

* experience of liaising with recruitment agencies
* 2/3 years recruitment experience either in house or agency
* Excellent candidate experience management
* Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
* Knowledge of external searches and boolean search
This role is currently fully remote, however when restrictions ease they will adopt hybrid working or 2/3 days office based per week in Brighton.
The salary on offer for this perm role is £30,000 - £35,000 plus an attractive bonus of around 15-20% and benefits
