This global, not-for-profit organisation with offices in Sussex are seeking a permanent recruitment professional to join an established HR team of 4.

The main purpose of this role is to lead on permanent resourcing including developing role profiles, market mapping and streamlining the internal recruitment process whilst providing support to hiring managers. Duties include:

* Networking and using social media effectively to manage consistent external communications and messaging.
* Reviewing and update applicant tracking system
* Develop recruitment data and trends
* Shape internal recruitment guidance to reflect best practice
* Support effective on-boarding

Working closely with all members of the HR Team, you will provide pragmatic and effective resource advice and guidance. The role requires confidence, the ability to build strong

working relationships quickly and gain an in depth understanding of organisational challenges.

This is a hands-on role which requires you to switch between operational and strategic priorities, reactive and proactive HR, taking into consideration the short, medium and long term goals and objectives for the business.

Successful applicants will be experienced recruiters with a good understanding of the full lifecycle and candidate experience. Experience of managing graduate programmes is ideal but not essential.

The salary for this role is up to £37K depending on your experience.
