Alexander Lloyd are partnered with a leading Pensions Consultancy and are looking to recruit for a Pensions Case Co-ordinator on a fully remote basis.
As a Pensions Case Co-ordinator you will be responsible for being the main contact for a very high-profile client. You will be liaising with them on all things administration as well as doing the administration such as performing manual calculations, inputting data, responding to errors and ensuring complaints are handled effectively, liaising with scheme members.
This role would suit an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator or Principle Administrator with Defined Benefits experience and who has excellent communication skills! Defined Benefits experience is essential.
