JOB DETAILS

Due to a period of sustained growth, one of the major providers of Pensions Administration services to both the public and private sector are looking for a knowledgeable Senior DB Pensions Administrator to join one of their productive and successful Bristol-based teams on a permanent basis.

Reporting into a Pensions Team Leader, this is an expansive Senior Administrator role administering a number of large, Defined Benefits Pension schemes. Within this role, you will be required to collate and analyse data, present reports and summaries to the business, and to resolve escalated queries or complaints from scheme members. Plus, the position will also require you to check the work of junior members within the team, and to delegate work to these team members to ensure deadlines are met, as well as coaching and training new staff, and continuing to promote the service and products of the client to the public.

The successful candidate for this role will need to be an experienced, competent Pensions Administrator, who possesses a wealth of experience of working within the pension industry on Defined Benefits schemes. To be successful in this role, it is also essential that you have good knowledge of Pensions legislation and procedures, have experience of coaching and training junior staff, and have the manual calculations experience to be able check work accurately and to tight deadlines.
