Alexander Lloyd are partnering with a well established and growing business based in Burgess Hill seeking a new Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
*SHORT NOTICE PERIOD REQUIRED TO START ASAP*
Supporting a small team reporting into the Finance Manager your role will entail
* Processing invoices
* Making payments / batch payments on due dates, dealing with supplier queries
* Daily bank recs
* Understanding of Trail Balance, Journal entries, prepayments & accruals, VAT
* Maintaining staff expenses / credit card payments
* Assisting management with any requirements
This candidate will be required to work every day in the office, with support and training provided
Paying up to £25,000 per annum DOE
