* Team management * Manage relevant creditor/debtor books with an understanding of all credits/debt on the book * Drive reduction in aged debt/creditor days & manage write off process * Improvement of existing processes * Multiple Float management * Manage the invoicing and statement process for assigned areas of sales ledger
* People Leader - strong people manager, resilient, confident, consistent. Can drive performance and empower team * Strong cash exposure * Team Management * Credit control experience * Strong Excel skills e.g. Sap * Great communication skills * Customer/Client focused - to meet customer expectations and challenged to exceed customers' expectations
