This well known and higly reputable local organisation are seeking a Temporary Human Resources Administrator for up to 5 months to provide a first class HR co-ordination, advisory, payroll and recruitment service to the business by proactively supporting the HR team and ensuring the consistent adherence to the brand.

Responsible for new starter, probation, leaver and changes administration including updating global HR system and local HR systems
Manage team mailboxes, being the main point of contact for HR administration queries, including holiday and benefits, systems and payroll. Ensure timely response to queries, or escalation of queries to the HR Business Partner/HR Manager as required
Act as expert in all matters relating to the system and act as key contact with the Shared Service Centre (SSC), ensuring that employee records (job titles, reporting lines, salaries, etc.) are kept up to date, accurate and meet local legal requirements at all times
Ensure the smooth on and off boarding of employees including records management, administration delivering first day inductions, relocation activities, and exit interviews
Be administrative point of contact for external providers, such as relocation service providers, benefits providers, occupational health and agencies
Manage requests for maternity, paternity and flexible working requests in association with the HR Business Partner
Produce HR reports as required using multiple data sources and present in a useful and informative format to support decision making
Maintain HR electronic and paper files, to ensure systematic organisation and adherence to the Data Protection Act
Regularly reviewing and evaluating existing processes to ensure they are efficient and reflective of local global and legal requirements and updating as necessary, considering local and business impact and collaborating with other departments as required
Ensure the practices taking place within administration ensure equal and fair treatment of individuals yet provide flexibility when required
Responsible for recruitment administration, including assisting managers with writing job descriptions/person specifications and adverts, advertising, contacting agencies and arranging interviews
Processing of interview expenses in line with local policy to ensure candidates are reimbursed in a timely manner
Develop effective relationships internally and externally
First point of contact for all general HR queries from internal and external customers

-MUST be immediately available with a strong background in HR Administration and and have up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice
* A proactive, independent self starter, who thrives on using their own initiative and holding individual responsibility
* Excellent written English and numerical skills
* Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication, influencing, negotiation, relationship building
* Outstanding customer service skills, a positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment
* Innovative and able to find creative solutions to complex problems
* Able to learn new skills quickly in a fast paced environment
* Intermediate skills in Excel and ability to report on HR topics
* Analytical and methodical approach
