Alexander Lloyd are currently supporting a key client going through a global transformation, as they look to appoint a 12 month FTC People & Culture Operations Manager to their business.
Based in Mid Sussex, RH16 1AA, although remote working will be on offer during these times.
Reporting into the HR Director, your duties will include:
* Supporting the business through detailed analysis of process and efficiencies, identifying new ways of improving on this and mitigating business risks * Supporting your key stakeholders, whilst we undergo the global transformation which has been 2 years in the making and is now at the implementation phase * Motivating and driving the HR team forward to stay on task and deliver on the projects whilst building a rapport and mindful of the sensitivity in both the team and company culture * Maintain the company policies and procedures in accordance the Law
You will have a blue chip background yourself, having worked within HR Shared Services/Data Centres previously and gone through & supported on a transformation project.
This role is suited to someone working as an HR Operations Manager currently.
