Alexander Lloyd are pleased to partner with a Global Financial Services organisation based in Cardiff to source for an experienced Pensions Manager to cover for a Maternity leave Fixed Term Contract.
The role on this occasion does not require Pensions knowledge and they are open to the wider Financial Services market, however you MUST have experience managing other Team Leaders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing organised leadership, focusing on the customer's needs
* Managing, motivating and developing employees
* Supporting business change initiatives
* Engaging fully with the risk framework to prevent risks crystallising, Identifying & preventing breaches.
* Implementing Customer Service measures.
