Alexander Lloyd are looking to speak to experienced Senior / Pensions Administrators in South Wales. An excellent opportunity has arisen within a leading Financial Services provider and are looking to expand their Client Operations Team.
You will be responsible for dealing and processing complex processes and escalations including identifying trends when things go wrong and providing solutions, acting as a role model to the team by mentoring, coaching and developing your colleagues by giving advice and insight, keeping your Pensions knowledge up to date by being aware of current and relevant updates.
To be considered for this role you must have current DC experience and have strong knowledge and understanding of drawdowns.
