Alexander Lloyd is currently recruiting for an experienced Interim HR Business Partner to work with one of our growing financial services clients based in Kent.
* Act as a single point of contact for senior managers in the designated business area(s) and understand how to support the business and adjust HR strategies to respond to changing business needs * Work in true partnership with the Centres of Excellence and HR Shared Service teams to deliver fit for purpose HR interventions to the business * Having a leading role in restructuring/organisational design and change programmes by providing transformational advice to managers and refocusing organisational structures on strategic objectives * Embed a performance and talent management culture within the business by helping to identify talent issues before they impact the business and creating a vision for talent strategy within the business area * Facilitate Talent Management calibration sessions and business area management meetings as required * Work with the business area to design succession plans for key talents/positions * Perform detailed and expert analysis and evaluation of the full range of available HR MI to correctly identify and diagnose emerging gaps or trends and development needs to support effective workforce planning within the designated business area(s) * Act as the "custodian of culture" by communicating organisational culture to employees and designing HR programmes to support this
The successful candidate will have: * Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to interact with senior managers across the business * Able to manage and facilitate the process of change/transitions while helping others deal with their effects * Demonstrates and maintains credibility with stakeholders at all levels within the Bank * Be able to demonstrate an approachable, pragmatic and solution focused business partner service to the business
