A rapidly expanding Employee Benefits Consultancy are now recruiting for a Senior Client Support to join their busy Cheltenham office.
You must have 3 years Employee Benefits experience to be considered for this position.
You will be responsible for:
* Attending client meetings if required * Assisting the Line Manager, Consultants and CRMs in the preparation of reports and collating information for reports covering technical matters and advice * Acting as first point of contact for queries from the Client Support Team * Reviewing and spot checking Client Support work before being issued to Consultants to review and issuing to clients * Checking of work prepared by others in the team
