An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Employee Benefits professional seeking a new management challenge.
Working for an expanding Financial Advisory Practise you will be responsible for the overall management of the Employee Benefits proposition in addition to a team of around 6 employees. Therefore it's essential to have in depth knowledge of a broad range of Employee Benefits including Group Risk, Healthcare and Group Pensions whilst having managed a team previously.
This is an extremely expansive position within a firm who can offer you a lot of progression and opportunity including potentially working abroad. You will be rewarded handsomely for your hard work with a generous basic salary and benefits package including a quarterly bonus scheme.
