This global technology and service provider are seeking a reward professional to act as UK Compensation & Benefits Manager. In this role you will:
Lead the local deployment of Compensation and Benefit programs aligned to the Global Reward Initiatives. E.g. Global Job Architecture, Compensation Policies, etc.
·Proactively assess Compensation and Benefit Programs against external trends as well as local Business strategy and needs, leveraging or creating appropriate internal analytics and/or external market data; recommend actions to ensure Compensation & Benefit Programs remain competitive on the market and aligned to business needs, with a focus on high-potentials, top performers and critical roles.
·Assist with the annual Focal Point Review exercise; help leaders enhance differentiation of pay based on performance ·Monitor Benefits programs in cooperation with external / internal stakeholders ·Communicate with and educate employees on the benefits available to them and the value of their Reward package ·Proactively work on Gender Pay Equity matters; act as the point of contact for the annual UK Gender Pay Gap report process and ensure compliance with UK Gender Pay Gap legislation ·Provide advice and guidance on appropriate hiring or promotional compensation packages when needed, in line with our Compensation policies and in cooperation with Talent Acquisition/HR Partners and Leaders ·Handle international mobility matters to/from the UK, in cooperation with the EMEA Total Rewards team and the Global Mobility group ·Participate in global or regional Total Rewards projects as required ·Line Management of an analyst
Ideally a graduate (or equivalent experience), successful candidates will be proficient in Compensation & Benefits principles and techniques and possess a very good knowledge of Total Rewards regulatory environment in the UK ; knowledge of additional countries in Europe would be a plus. Successful experiences in a matrix environment is essential.
