Alexander Lloyd is proud to partnering with a leading Aviation organisation who are experiencing a time of unprecedented growth. Due to this the are seeking to add a Qualified ACA/ACCA Corporate Reporting Manager

Your duties will include but not be limited too:

* Reporting to the Group Finance Director you be responsible for all financial statement production including Group annual financial statements
* You will produce the consolidated financial statements while making sure you maintain the internal control procedures
* Assist the board and senior management with the imminent listing process
* Oversee Tax compliance within the group including corporation Tax and VAT.
* Take responsibility for the statutory reporting

You will have the following skill set

* ACA/ACCA Qualified
* Strong technical background including exposure to consolidations & reporting
* Excellent communication as you will have regular exposure to senior management
* Hands on experience of financial statement production
* IPO exposure/experience would be beneficial not essential
