A Crawley based company formed in the 1970's have exciting growth plans in place this year and are subsequently looking for an Accounts & Admin Manager.
This excellent position is being advertised on a part time basis; ideally 4 days a week and will play a crucial part working co-alongside the owner/director of the business.
·Forecasting and pre-planning business needs
·Working closely with the external Accountants
·Preparation of day-to-day transactional activities including maintaining the purchase and sales ledger
·VAT returns, PAYE & NI Payroll deductions and CIS deductions
·Utilise QuickBooks to prepare reports
·Preparation of accounts up to trial balance
Previous experience working within Construction and familiarity with CIS deductions is highly desirable alongside working on a QuickBooks package.
