Alexander Lloyd have the honour of working with a prestigious business based in Crawley looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Team Leader to take full ownership of the full purchase ledger cycle as well as two assistants.
We are specifically looking to speak to experienced AP supervisors looking to take on this challenge within a large business. This opportunity offers the chance to implement a new system and be a part of a big change within the Purchase to Pay team.
Duties and responsibilities include: ·Supervising a team of 2 Purchase Ledgers ·Suggest process improvement and changes, analyse time effective changes ·Carry out the final payment run check before payment to suppliers is submitted to the bank ·Run aged creditor listings ensuring all anomalies are addressed ·Ensure any audit queries relating to the AP team are resolved ·Manage the full Purchase Ledger cycle
The following skills and experience is ideal: ·Previous management within an AP department ·Full Purchase Ledger cycle knowledge ·AAT Qualified or equivalent ·People management experience
