Are you a Finance Assistant seeking to take the next step in your career within an international company providing bespoke services on a global scale?



Alexander Lloyd is proud to be partnering with an instantly recognisable brand in their search for a Finance Assistant to join their Finance Team on a permanent basis.



This is a hybrid role where you will work 3 days out of the Crawley office and 2 days from home. A broad role, your duties will include but not be limited to;



* Being the help desk for employee queries
* Managing the staff expenses mailbox
* Processing claims and posting the extract file
* Managing new Barclaycard applications
* Analysing the G/L selection & appropriate VAT treatment in submitted claims
* Raising bi-monthly personal expenses BACS runs
* Calculating and posting monthly company credit card accruals & update actuals
* Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
* Supporting the Finance Manager during Audit

Ideally, you will;



* Be studying towards or fully qualified AAT
* Have intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.)
* Have previous experience in managing staff expenses and a good understanding of VAT & double-entry bookkeeping skills
* Experience in banking/cashiering - dealing with cash
* Good verbal and written communication skills

In return, you'll be paid a salary of up to £25,00 (DOE) alongside a list of benefits including life assurance and 25 days holiday, plus 8 bank holidays on top.
