Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering with an expanding and global retail organisation who are now seeking to add a Finance Manager to oversee the Operations team (AP/AR/Payroll)

You can be Qualified of Qualified by Experience but need experience of managing and developing a Finance Operations team

Your duties will include but not be limited too:


Reporting the Senior Finance Manager will manage the AP & Cashiering team and be the go too person for all AP, Expense and Banking Queries

Looking into new and improved processes to help efficiencies on payments & Payroll

Develop and up skill the current team

You will manage the banking and credit card payments of the business

Review the payroll for the business while also posting journals and doing the year end compliance

Prepare AP/AR/Bank/Payroll balance sheet reconciliation

Take ownership of the inter-company accounts

You will have the following skill set

* Be an experienced Finance Manager in developing and leading an operations finance function
* Have experience to working with multi-currency
* Excellent communication skills and hands on knowledge of AP/AR & Payroll
* Experience in process improvements and UK Payroll
* Advanced Excel
* Experience within cash collection
