JOB DETAILS
Your duties will include but not be limited too:
* You will take ownership of the Balance Sheet, and Financial accounting entries.
* To oversee the quarterly invoicing process, ensuring that all eligible costs are recovered
* To calculate entries to WIP from the Project Management system, maintain and reconcile WIP records to general ledger.
* To take full ownership of capitalisation. Monitor WIP projects and organise capitalisation entries, ensure project costs are correctly classified as capital / expense.
* To produce amortisation & depreciation forecasts, plan and strategy plan, together with associated analysis and commentary as required.
* To own the year end accrual process, ensuring all Project Managers provide accruals, and tracking actual costs against those accruals
You will have the following skill set:
* Qualified accountant
* A strong working knowledge of Excel
* Have exposure to both commercial and financial accounting
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience/Exposure to a project environment would be beneficial
