Our client, a market leading organisation based in West Sussex are seeking a qualified Financial Accounting Manager to join their diverse and successful team for an initial 12 months.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Manage the team to make sure the correct accounting entries are posted onto ledgers * Prepare and improve statutory year end reporting * Guaranteeing the team complete balance sheet reconciliations monthly * Compliance with current accounting standards (FRS 102 & IFRS) * Offer direction to staff teams to deliver a high standard of service * Ensure completion of statutory returns
You will have the following skillset:
* Fully qualified Accountant with some PQE * Demonstrate advanced accounting skills * Understanding of accounting and reporting for fixed assets * Working experience of current financial reporting standards (FRS 102 & IFRS) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong team management skills * Capability of managing staff * Advanced Excel skills
