Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a Construction organisation on an exclusive basis. Our client is looking for an HR & Onboarding Administrator to join their HR Team on a Permanent, Full Time basis.
The Ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong Admin background, who is looking to transition into their first HR role.
The HR & Onboarding Administrator is responsible for providing business and administrative support to the Labour & Resourcing team, ensuring that data is recorded and maintained accurately. Duties will include; Pre-start verification of training and qualifications, set up of new joiners on their HR database, contacting candidates & booking interviews, liaise with external suppliers for short-term placements and maintain accuracy/efficiency of data on their recruitment database (Bullhorn).
You will have/need:
* Experience working in a fast-paced administration role * Proficient in Microsoft applications * Experience using HR/recruitment databases/systems would be beneficial * Excellent communication skills * Organisation, accuracy and attention to detail * Proactive and able to use initiative
The organisations head office is based in Crawley and they are looking for someone to work in the office 5 days a week.
The salary on offer is £23,000 - £25,000.
