Alexander Lloyd are currently looking for an HR Advisor on a 12 month FTC who has the ability to multi task, as you will be responsible for BAU element such as ER in addition to supporting on a number of exciting projects. You will be full of personality, the type of person that can diffuse a situation, that can build a rapport, be likeable, comfortable in challenging others and being challenged. Lastly we are after an adaptable person, as with like all of us, COVID19 has created a large amount of change in how we work and as such our client has adapted too!
Our client is based in Crawley, (RH10 1BW), unfortunately commutable only by car. They are a leading services organisation, who are growing year on year despite the economic challenges. With just under 200 staff members across the UK.
This role will report into the HR Manager, with the below duties:
* Responsible for the employee life cycle, from talent acquisition through to learning and development opportunities * Supporting the business on recruitment activities, management of the PSL and onboarding experience * Supporting the business on Employee Relations, leading on grievances, discplinaries and sickness, albeit this is all low within the company * Managing projects undertaken by the business, such as L&D workshops with Senior Managements, Pension & Payroll projects which are in the pipeline * Management of the HRIS
Our client will be looking to support the right individual with development opportunities and as they are a lean team, you will get exposure to a wide range of HR responsibilities.
The salary on off is up to a maximum of £35,000 plus extension benefits!
Flexible working for now during these times, but we do need someone commutable to our clients office in Crawley when times return to the new normal. 1-2 days per week as that increases in time.
