Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a Construction organisation on an exclusive basis. Our client is looking for an HR Generalist to join their HR Team on a Permanent, Full Time basis.

The Ideal candidate will be someone who has an understanding of the operational/transactional side of HR, with some experience in ER - who is now looking to take their HR career to the next level.

The HR Generalist will report into the Head of HR and will be responsible for providing guidance and support to line managers on ER matters, onboarding/off boarding of new employees, maintain HR time/attendance database and any ad-hoc project work.

You will have/need:

* Experience working with varying employment statuses, previous experience with CIS and/or IR35 advantageous
* 3 years of experience in HR, payroll & benefits. Understanding of HR & payroll best practice and current regulations
* Strong data accuracy and excellent attention to detail
* Proficient user of Microsoft applications
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
* Strong interpersonal/communication skills, ability to build relationships and gain credibility and trust
* Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
* Ideal for HR Administrator/Coordinator ready to take the next step in their career

The organisations head office is based in Crawley and they are looking for someone to work in the office 5 days a week.

The salary on offer is £30,000 - £35,000.
