Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting this global manufacturing organisation on a key role for an HR Systems Professional.
This is a 2 year FTC, initially working from home but once restrictions are lifted you will be based in their Headquarters office in Crawley.
The key elements of this role are to manage the HR Systems ensuring accurate Data is always available, continuously looking for process improvements, Provide MI to HR managers in a timely manner, identical and improve system issues, Data input in line with legislation and the organisations policies, Maintain the Systems security and much more.
To be a successful candidate in this role you will-
* Have at least 5 years experience in an HRIS role (preferably Workday)
* Experience of implementing, managing data cleansing and Migration projects
* Excellent Stakeholder Management
* An outstanding knowledge of HR policies and procedures
* Good knowledge of GDPR
* Previous project management and planning experience
* Strong analytical skills
* Experience in Kronos/Sharepoint is extremely desirable.
The salary on offer for this is role is £40,000 -£45,000 Benefits.
