We are looking for an L&D Coordinator on a Full Time, Permanent basis, to join their HR team and be the sole L&D employee within the UK.
The Ideal candidate will have either HR or L&D experience, with a passion for building relationships and building a career in L&D.
You will be responsible for the coordination of the L&D function, building relationships with senior stakeholders and line managers to ascertain what courses are needed and also be involved in the growth of the L&D team. This is a great opportunity to join a business who are keen to develop their staff and have a really transparent growth plan in place.
You will have/need:
* Proven experience in an HR or L&D role * Advanced in MS Power point, Excel and Word Skills * Ability to understand and work with LMS and other relevant databases * Ability to work on own initiative and as part of team * Autonomously, providing regular update reports to the HR Business Partner * Ideally worked in technology / scientific company and in an international environment
The organisations head office is based in Crawley, the role will be remote initially and move to Hybrid working soon after.
The salary on offer is up to £25,000 - £30,000 DOE.
