They are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Co-Ordinator to join them on a temp-perm basis in their Crawley office.
This is a broad role, some of the duties associated with this role include, but are not limited to;
·Manage and develop the pay function ·Line management of the Apprentices, including their training and development ·Production of the monthly pay schedule ·Production and review of the monthly locum pay ·Responsible for the set-up of the monthly bank payments ·Responsible for ensuring the team provide a high level of customer service ·Management of the yearly payment dates and information ·Reconciliation of the relevant balance sheet accounts ·Liaising with external providers
In return, they are offering a competitive salary of between £26,000 to £30,000 (dependant on experience) as well as the chance to further your career with an established international company.
Ideally, successful candidates will have strong Excel skills (particularly V-Lookups and Pivot Tables) alongside prior experience as a manager/team leader.
