Alexander Lloyd are working on an exciting new position for a Financial Services Complaints Administrator to join a well established Financial Services firm based in West Sussex. Working closely with the Head of Complaints and the Compliance Director you will be responsible for handling complaint investigations received by the firm and all related administration duties.

Main duties of the role will include:

* Assist and support the Complaints manager in handling complaint investigations
* Apply a risk-based and common-sense approach to the compliance monitoring and complaints processes
* Update manuals, procedures and Group documentation as required
* Take on tasks and projects as delegated by the Complaints Manager, Compliance Director or Compliance Manager or undertake tasks which are deemed necessary, applying a can-do attitude and a timely approach

The right candidate will have previous experience within a Complaints or Compliance role within the Financial Services Industry and an understanding of FCA rules and their interpretation / application. Any professional qualifications such as work towards the Level 4 Diploma would also be advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a well established firm in an interesting and varied role where you will be involved in Compliant handling as well as gaining good exposure to the FCA compliance side, you will also be offered a clear career path, help towards professional qualifications and flexible working arrangements.
