JOB DETAILS

This is a well-varied Senior Administrator role; where you will be required to check the work of junior members within the team, and to delegate work to these team members to ensure deadlines are met, as well as coaching and training new staff, and continuing to promote the service and products of the client to the public. Plus, the position will also require you to collate and analyse data, present reports and summaries to the business, and to resolve escalated queries or compaints from scheme members

This is a role that has come about after a period of sustained growth within the business, and you will be joining one of the company's productive and successful teams on a permanent basis; to provide administration for a high-profile Defined Benefits Pension scheme.
