Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a Construction organisation on an exclusive basis. Our client is looking for a Head of Recruitment to join them on a Permanent, Full Time basis.
The ideal candidate is someone who has experience as a Recruitment Manager and is now looking to make a step up. This is an opportunity to grow a Recruitment function/team and be part of something really special.
* Own their Talent Acquisition approach, including a process/system assessment * Partner with Construction Directors on relevant TA integration activity * Manage and coach a team of two recruiters and one administrator, then continue to grow the team * Work on campaigns to build their candidate database (Bullhorn)
You will have/need:
* In-house expertise: Whilst you may have begun your Recruitment career in an agency, you will have spent at least 3 years in-house. * Industry experience: Ideally you will have recruited for a Construction company previously. If not, you will have had previous experience recruiting within a similar industry. * People leadership: You will have some experience of managing others.
The organisations head office is based in Crawley and they are looking for someone to work in the office 5 days a week.
The salary on offer is £70,000 - £80,000.
