As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the full 360 process of the recruitment life cycle upon completion of your training. This will include cold calling new business, meeting clients, speaking to candidates on the phone, meeting candidates, headhunting, managing the process of a candidate throughout interview to offer stage.
