A well respected organisation in Crawley are looking to add to their established credit function. As a Credit Controller will play a crucial part in the day-to-day collection of payments and building relationships with key clients.
·Building relationships with both internal and external clients to facilitate settlement of outstanding payments
·Managing queries through to conclusion
·Daily maintenance of the aged debtor
·Cash management; maximising collections and arranging refunds
·Checking and issuing of monthly statements
·Regular meetings and calls with senior management and stakeholders
It is essential you have a proven track record of excellent customer service experience and have a tenacious approach to collecting debt. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic to progress and be self motivated.
