Following a sustained period of success, an industry leader in the Pensions industry are currently looking to add a Pensions Team Leader into their Surrey based team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company with offices located all over the country.

As the Pensions Team Leader your main responsibility will be to become the main person in creating customer facing teams where the people have the necessary skills and experience to provide front-line support to consumers that use the firm's Pension schemes. You will be working in a large team; dealing with corporate and individual customers of all levels. It will fall upon your shoulders to guide, train and help advise to ensure that the customers are getting the relevant help and information when dealing with various platforms and systems.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate an ability to lead and inspire a large team of people. You will need possess a thorough understanding of Pension legislation and administration experience on technical DC schemes. It is vital that you are able to communicate effectively, delegating responsibilities appropriately, but stepping in when required to defuse a situation.
