Interim HR Director JOB DETAILS
Alexander Lloyd is exclusively supporting this successful and forward-thinking Financial Services organisation based in Sussex in its search for an Interim HR Director. You will develop the HR Strategy, a key element of the overall Business Strategy, and deliver against the People Plan. You will work with the Board & the Executive team to:
-Design appropriate organisation structures & resource plans to support execution against the strategy
-Lead transformational organisational change
-Attract high quality resource through the establishment of a compelling employee value proposition.
-Develop resource through establishment of career & talent management frameworks, leadership & management development programmes, & succession plans
You will deliver high quality and effective HR and training/development capabilities to the business, using internal & external resources as appropriate. You will ensure that the HR policies & practices sit within the framework of the law and the risk appetite of the business, and that HR processes are fit for purpose & correctly adopted, embedded & supported across the business.
People Strategy, Organisation Architecture & Development:
·Develop and implement a people strategy in support of business strategic goals and objectives
·Create people management and development frameworks, policies and processes that align with business needs and direction
·Develop and implement remuneration and reward programmes in support of business objectives
·Deliver people management and development processes and initiatives such as talent programmes, succession planning, leadership and early career development initiatives
·Lead organisational design within specific areas of the business, or across the group overall, as required to execute against business plans
Leading a team, you will be an experienced HR Director from Financial Services with a strong understanding of FCA / regulatory requirements. Alongside HR BAU, you will possess expertise in Organisation Transformation, Employee Engagement and Culture. CIPD Fellow or equivalent experience is preferred, and you will be confident leading the definition & implementation of organisational change, including major applications such as TUPE, merger/integration of entities. This role offers a competitive day rate or an equivalent FTC salary of £85,000-£105,000 plus benefits.
