Alexander Lloyd are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits administrator/ analyst to join a well established EB firm with a range of Nationwide offices. The main purpose of the role will be to provide a desk-based employee benefits support role supporting a team of 5 consultants.
Main responsibilities will include:
* Preparation of client reports, data sets, benchmarking and client presentation
* Ensure compliance requirements and internal controls are fully met
* Liaising and building ongoing relationships with clients, insurers and internal colleagues
The right candidate will have previous experience of working within an EB environment and a good understanding of the products and regulations that go with it.
