As a Pensions Team Leader you will be responsible for the day-today running of the administration team (Defined Benefits & Defined Contributions) ensuring service level agreements are met, building and maintaining strong working relationships with corporate clients and trustees, attend clients meetings as and assisting with projects. You would be co-managing a team and will be responsible for training, personal developments and performance reviews.
