Alexander Lloyd are currently partnering a leading Employee Benefits Consultancy on an exciting opportunity based in Leeds.



As the Employee Benefits Team Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of consultants and support staff. Aon are open to considering people who are currently an Employee Benefits Consultant looking to make the step into management or someone who is in a very similar position already, however it is essential to have a wealth of knowledge across Group Risk and Healthcare arrangements.



This position is going to be based in Leeds near LS1 4DY, however Aon are currently working remotely still meaning there is a lot of flexibility on offer now and moving forwards post lockdown. Aon are looking to pay between £50,000 - £70,000 experience dependant and offer a fantastic benefits package on top.
